Choosing a career path is like doing a jigsaw puzzle, making sure that all pieces fit together: character and personality, interests and hobbies, beliefs and aspirations, skills and knowledge. Sometimes the connecting pieces can be spotted easily, other times seemingly ‘perfect’ pieces don’t actually fit the way we think they would. But how do we deal with those ‘unfit’ pieces when solving our careers puzzle? Our careers team is always there eager to listen, advise, spot the ‘missing pieces’ in our students’ jigsaw puzzles, and empower them to make the right decisions for themselves.
